RBCC Church Council
The church council is comprised of a Moderator, Vice Moderator, Treasurer, Clerk, and At-Large members (those who have previously served on the council). The council is responsible for envisioning, planning, and implementing programs that nurture the congregation's mission and vision.

Worship & Fine Arts
The Worship Board provides support to the Senior Pastor, Director of Music, the Director of Faith Formation, and the Audio/Visual team by assisting with worship services. They support worship team staff by approving worship materials, overseeing the worship board budget, taking attendance, making sure hearing devices are readily available, and assisting with sanctuary set-up for services.

Community Care & Engagement
In 2023, RBCC made the decision to combine several of its existing ministries under one umbrella, as each group held similar visions. Now housed under Community Care and Engagement, or CC&E (formerly Community Life, Fellowship, Called to Care), this group plans a variety of congregational events, oversees fellowship hour, helps with receptions for memorial and other services, plans group outings, and organizes dinner groups. Their main focus is engaging with the wider RBCC community to foster fellowship and community.

Outreach Committee
The Outreach Committee is responsible for engaging in RBCC's mission to provide resources to our local community. We do this through holding food drives, diaper drives, preparing lunches to share with neighbors in need, and through monetary donations to local nonprofit organizations.

Faith Formation Board
The Faith Formation Board is a ministry dedicated to creating, overseeing, and supporting programs and opportunities that encourage the growth and deepening of individuals' spiritual journeys across all stages of life, from children to adults. This board provides opportunities for spiritual learning, moral reflection and action, personal mindfulness, and supporting the lifelong exploration of faith as a community.

Financial Resources (Finance/Stewardship)
The Financial Resources group is comprised of two groups: The Finance Board, and the Stewardship Committee. The Finance Board is responsible for the oversight of the Church's budget. The Stewardship Committee oversees congregational financial giving and pledging.

Human Resources/ Personnel
The personnel committee serves an advisory role on issues related to personnel administration. The committee recommends policies on human resource (HR) management to the church council/ congregation related to:  The creation of job descriptions, performance feedback practices, salary administration practices, benefits, professional development, leave and sabbatical taking, equal employment opportunity, professional misconduct, conflicts of interest, record keeping, and any other miscellaneous employment policies needed to comply with applicable state and federal employment laws.
