In 2023, RBCC made the decision to combine several of its existing ministries under one umbrella, as each group held similar visions. Now housed under Community Care and Engagement, or CC&E (formerly Community Life, Fellowship, Called to Care, P & J), this group plans a variety of congregational events, oversees fellowship hour, helps with receptions for memorial and other services, plans group outings, and organizes dinner groups.
