Staci has deep roots in Richmond Beach Congregational United Church of Christ.  She grew up in Shoreline, WA and has been part of the RBCC-UCC community since she was a child.  After Graduating from Shorewood High School, she attended Seattle Pacific University majoring in Child Psychology with an emphasis in Social Service.  Staci holds a Certificate in Youth and Theology through Princeton Theological Seminary and a Certificate in Spiritual Formation and Dialogue with Children.

Staci is passionate about playfully engaging the generations, especially children and youth, in making discoveries about the mystery that is God. She enjoys creating playful and thoughtful opportunities to experience moments of awe and wonder while encouraging everyone together in finding their place of meaning and belonging in God's infinite story. Staci enjoys the creative innovation of modern worship liturgy as well as creative writing and development of curriculum, workshops, and retreats. She regularly facilitates gatherings that foster intergenerational connections that can lead entire communities to better understand today’s young people and to invest in them relationally.

Staci says “I use my everyday life as a spiritual playground which creates in me a ministry that is lighthearted, amusing and experiential. We can all learn and grow together working from the intersection that is spirituality, justice, service and community. I love the spirituality of movement, cooking for family and friends as an expression of prayer, and playing with my family.  I am thankful to have an amazing network of colleagues, friends and family who I look to for input and support; including my husband Jamie and our adult children Parker and Madison.”
